Cleome Studio was founded over 15 years ago by Malgorzata ( Margarita ) Fairman who is a photographer, videographer and former real estate agent. She lives in Land O Lakes with her husband , son and two cats. As long as she remembers, photography was always a part of her life. Before she got her first camera at 15 years old, she had spent many years helping her dad with processing black & white films in their homemade darkroom. Since then, she has taken wedding photos, portraits, fine art,maternity and birth and finally arriving at real estate photography. She worked with insurance companies, banks, appraisal companies servicing  over 2000 properties. Having this experience, she focuses on residential real estate working with agents, brokers, investors and homeowners. As the clients wishes and market demands changed, Cleome Studio evolved too, adding to the services videography, aerials and 360 capture.

Gear

 Ground level photos and videos are captured by Nikon digital SLR with professional architectural and video lenses, studio lighting system, stabilization system and 360 camera. Aerial images are captured by a quad rotor aircraft Karma by GoPro carrying a GoPro Hero camera system. The images and videos are processed in professional editing software, using the newest techniques.

 Margarita is a FAA licensed drone pilot and carries up to $5M liability insurance.
